As the title suggests, I created this blog as a sanctuary of the mind. I’ve blogged on and off over the years, and I thought it would be a good idea to start over again. The main purpose is to use this platform to facilitate development of my coping skills. Gardening, cooking, traveling, and writing have been critical in my recovery (physically and mentally), and I feel that if I don’t have a record of my daily work, I would easily push these skills by the wayside.
So here’s to new beginnings, and I hope this time, the path to recovery will be more steady.
